Are you busy, stressed and tired? Do you feel as if you know that you need to create some time for yourself to unwind and relax, but aren’t sure how? If so, this workshop might be just for you.
This workshop is a pro-active approach to health care. Self-care is both preventative and restorative, it boosts self-esteem and self-confidence and reminds us that we need to look after ourselves as well as others. This is not saying ‘me first’, but ‘me, as well’.
We all know the saying ‘You can’t pour from any empty cup’.
This workshop is about learning how to refill and replenish your cup.
I have teamed up with Stacey Chapman, who supports women through health challenges with a combination of acupuncture , massage and lifestyle advice to help bring back vitality and wellbeing. I use a combination of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP and Positive Psychology to help people be the best version of themselves they can be. Together we have designed a workshop which will cover some of the following:
- Your aim – what you want to learn, change or start after this course
- Our outcome – for participants to re-evaluate how well you are currently looking after yourself, and to learn about different tools and to create a plan for self-care
- Complete a self care audit – where are you now? Where do you want to be?
- We will cover topics like:
i. Sleep, rest, relaxation and breathing
ii. Movement and nutrition
iii. Coping skills
iv. Physical environment
v. Social connection
vi. Self love
vii. Goal setting and accomplishments
viii. Values and purpose
We will open and close with a guided meditation. Lunch and tea will be provided with plenty of time to chat and share with us, and the other participants.
