The Great Outdoors: Green Therapy


One of the easiest ways to boost your sense of well-being is to get your shoes on and get outside for a walk. There have been many times when I have been sitting at the computer for hours, or have been busy with clients, and when I stop to take a break I realise that I have hardly walked anywhere that day. It is so easy nowadays to allow a whole day to slip by like that. Despite being so industrious in our minds, we can forget to exercise our bodies.

And what better way than to go for a walk?
