1.00 pm Session 3 Improving our boundaries
2.15 pm Break & refreshments
2.30 pm Session 4 Practices for being kinder to yourself
3.30 pm Closing session Including a group meditation to embed all that you have experienced today
4.00 pm End and farewells
The sessions will be a combination of group and independent tasks, teaching and discussion. They are subject to change, depending on the combination of people in the room.
All refreshments and luxury lunch will be provided.
Experiences on the day
There will be a range of different experiences over the day including, but not limited to
- identifying areas for development
- connecting with our strengths
- recognising our outdated beliefs
Strategies and Techniques
We will be using a range of strategies:
- visualisation
- journaling
- guided meditation
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping
Breakfast, Lunch & Refreshments
A delicious healthy lunch, mini pastries and hot and cold refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Please let us know about any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Equipment Provided
Everything you need will be provided including pens and paper. You just have to bring yourself and an open mind to the day. Let us take care of your every need!
