Hypnosis and The Unconscious Mind
My area is called cognitive hypnotherapy, because it uses both the conscious and the unconscious parts of the mind. This means it can help you change your thought processes, that help you make decisions. After hypnotherapy sessions, you can make changes without trying. Conscious effort is not needed to help you think differently. The hypnosis what helps you think differently, which makes it very popular.
